In Kirov, the obelisk "Soldiers of Kirov" will be repaired for 7.1 million rubles.

      It is planned to carry out major repairs of the obelisk to the Soldiers of Kirov, better known as the Eternal Flame, in Kirov. The Municipal Procurement Department of the Kirov City Administration has already posted relevant information about the purchase. According to the documentation, the work includes a whole range of measures for the restoration and beautification of the monument.

      The repair work will affect the base of the obelisk, the bas-reliefs and the flower garden. In particular, it provides for the disassembly and installation of reinforced concrete structures, granite slabs, plaster repairs, waterproofing, painting, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area. Special attention will be paid to the quality of the materials used. The contractor is obliged to use materials with a residual shelf life of at least 50% and to coordinate the color of the materials used with the customer.

      The initial (maximum) contract price is 7 million 178 thousand 400 rubles. The source of financing is budgetary funds. The price justification was carried out by analyzing market prices.

      Applications for participation in the auction are accepted from March 8 to March 17, 2025. The results are scheduled to be summed up on March 19. The winner will have to complete the work between the date of the contract and April 30, 2025.

      The contractor also undertakes to provide a guarantee for the work performed for a period of 6 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate, as well as to ensure the fulfillment of warranty obligations in the amount of 358 thousand 920 rubles (5% of the NMCC) in the form of an independent guarantee or cash. During the execution of the work, the contractor must take photographs and provide photographic materials to the customer.
