According to the online recruiting platform hh.ru The number of job offers for candidates aged 40 to 50 increased by 99%, from 50 to 60 years — by 103%, and for applicants over 60 years — by 139%.

      This trend is related to the general situation in the labor market, where there is a shortage of qualified personnel. Companies are forced to expand the recruitment funnel and consider candidates who previously received less attention.

For applicants over the age of 50, the areas of security, agriculture and services remain the most in demand.
