      However, the "famous lawyer" did not behave stoically or coolly, but begged for mercy. He called his stay in custody "being in captivity" and the daily torture of parting with his wife (ex-wife Tatiana Makarova), with whom he has been together for 20 years, and three beautiful sons.

      Relatives in defense, and repentance in tears

      Before the start of the hearing, a "support group for Anton Vitalievich" appeared in court: a mother, a wife, as it turned out later, now a former, and therefore a roommate, and three sons. The arrested man was against taking photos and videos, but he actively insisted on the presence of his sons.

      "Usually, parents, ashamed of the shame, do not want children in the hall. But Dolgikh was actively in favor. However, the court, pointing to the minors of the sons, refused to satisfy the petition. And probably everyone who was at the trial imagined how, after the lamentations of daddy, who seemed to be trying to fall to his knees, unable to see life without his babies, the children would begin to sob demonstratively and reach out to the unfortunate prisoner... Probably, there was a calculation on the mercy of the court to his children, since Dolgikh devoted most of his speech to describing his indomitable love for his wife and sons," the eyewitness reports his impressions. Then there was a complaint that the Investigative Committee did not open the door to him ...

      As a law enforcement source explained, in fact, Anton Dolgikh "closed" himself. Because even during the search, he allegedly managed to call the postman and, intimidating, demanded that the woman "get the right lawyer" and "tell the investigation only what she was told."

      This, in fact, was announced by the state prosecution in the trial, but without any special details. The prosecutor, who, contrary to the defendant's claim that he did not threaten or exert pressure, stated the opposite - the threats are documented. And this became the basis for "taking the witness under state protection."

      The prosecutor also clarified that on the eve of his arrest, Dolgikh searched the Internet and tried to purchase an air ticket, which may indicate his intention to hide from the investigation and the court. Therefore, the complaint of the "jailer" about the illegality of the preventive measure chosen for him and the appointment of another one — in the form of house arrest — is not supported by the state prosecution.

      arguments about the financial difficulties of raising his sons without his participation were stopped by the state prosecution, who stated that the children had a working mother (possibly owning an apartment at 22/1 Herzen Street, where Dolgikh was detained). The reasoning also did not impress the court, and probably because Anton Vitalievich was defended by two "expensive lawyers" at once.

      This is the case of Violetta Volkova, a Moscow lawyer who became famous for the Pussy Riot trial (a feminist punk rock band with vulgar overtones of pussy Riot. On February 21, 2012, she performed an insulting "punk prayer" for 40 seconds in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, for which three singers were sentenced to two years in a general regime penal colony), she had previously represented the interests of a "well-known lawyer" in the Dolgikh-Ichetovkin case. According to Volkova, the accused was unlawfully prosecuted for "abuse of official authority," so the case should be "terminated immediately."

      Kirov lawyers considered this to be "nonsense" and "complete ignorance of the law." But Pavel Rozuvan's speech on "double imputation" was called "worthy and reasonable." Since, according to the law corps, "a bribe is unnecessary," and 285. h3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is real and justified.
