      As part of the enforcement proceedings, the debtor's housing was seized and put up for auction, however, the bailiffs did not take into account the fact that this apartment is the only dwelling of the man. His second apartment, which the bailiff indicated to the applicant, turned out to be uninhabitable back in 2020.

      The prosecutor protested the bailiff's unlawful actions. This contributed to the restoration of the property rights of a resident of the Luz district. His apartment was taken off the market. Violations of the law on enforcement proceedings have been eliminated.
