In the Kirov region, a driver-dispatcher drove for more than five months without pre-trip medical examinations.

      The Labor Inspection in the Kirov region conducted an inspection of LLC "BIFF" following a complaint from a driver-dispatcher. Inspectors identified systemic violations of labor protection requirements. It was established that the employee was not provided with personal protective equipment in full and had not undergone the necessary training in labor protection. Safety briefings at the workplace had not been conducted with him from 2023 to 2026. However, individual briefings were recorded in the documents, but they were conducted by an employee who himself had not undergone training in labor protection and did not have the right to instruct other workers. Furthermore, from December 30, 2025, to June 3, 2026, the driver was allowed to work without pre-trip medical examinations. Thus, for more than five months, he was behind the wheel without mandatory medical control. The Labor Inspection noted that the identified violations are systemic in nature and pose a threat to the life and health of the employee and those around him. Following the inspection, the employer was issued an order to rectify the violations. The issue of holding the responsible individuals accountable administratively is also being considered.
