On the afternoon of August 31, an accident occurred in Kirov near house No. 83 on Voroсkogo Street. A 15-year-old teenager, having not dismounted from his bicycle before the pedestrian crossing, collided with a four-year-old boy who was crossing the roadway with his father on a green light. As a result, the child sustained injuries.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region, police officers conducted an investigation. Since the teenager has not reached the age at which administrative responsibility begins, a decision was made to refuse to initiate an administrative violation case.
Currently, law enforcement is gathering materials to send to the juvenile affairs commission. It will consider the issue of applying educational measures to the young man. In addition, an investigation will be conducted regarding the parents of the teenager for the improper fulfillment of their duties in raising their son.
