      The man was detained on the morning of September 3 at a store on Popova Street. During a document check, it was revealed that he was wanted on suspicion of theft.

      Around 8:00 AM, an alarm signal was received at the private security service from the store on Popova Street in Kirov. A Rosgvardiya detainment group arrived at the scene immediately. In the store, the Rosgvardiya officers found a 63-year-old visitor. A security guard reported that ten days earlier, the man had come to the same store and allegedly stole goods worth more than two thousand rubles. During the document check and identity verification, it was found that the man was wanted as a suspect in a theft. The detained individual was handed over to the police for further investigation.
