Kirov residents were told whether neighbors can rent out apartments daily without their consent.

      Renting an apartment in a multi-apartment building on a daily basis can be done without the consent of neighbors if it concerns temporary accommodation rather than providing hotel services. At the same time, the owner is responsible for the behavior of their tenants. If the guests make noise at night, litter in the stairwell, damage common property, or behave aggressively, this may violate the rights of other residents. In such cases, neighbors are advised to document the violations with photos or videos indicating the date and time. If an agreement cannot be reached with the owner, one can contact the local police officer. There is also a separate restriction: renting an apartment on a daily basis is prohibited if utility meters are not installed in it, according to the administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk.
