The livestock worker of LLC "Red Partisan" felt unwell while performing his work duties. At that moment, livestock was being loaded at the enterprise. The State Labor Inspection conducted an investigation into the incident. The commission found no exposure to harmful or dangerous production factors that could have led to the deterioration of the worker's health. As a result, the death was deemed a consequence of a general illness and was not linked to the workplace. However, inspectors found violations on the part of the employer. The worker was allowed to work without the mandatory periodic medical examination. In addition, he was not provided with the necessary personal protective equipment in full. According to A. D. Loginov, the deputy head of the State Labor Inspection, these violations were established despite the fact that the incident itself was not recognized as work-related.
