Almost a quarter of Kirov residents did not like September 1 during their school years. This is stated in a study by SuperJob conducted on the eve of Knowledge Day. Most respondents, however, were looking forward to the start of the school year. About 18% of residents admitted that they were very much looking forward to September 1, while another 49% were somewhat looking forward to this day.
At the same time, 23% of respondents had a negative attitude towards the start of school. One in ten admitted that they strongly hated Knowledge Day as a child. Women recalled September 1 with positive emotions more often than men. Men almost twice as often said that they really hated the first day of school.
Kirov residents over 45 years old had a more positive attitude towards the start of the school year. Among them, 75% were looking forward to September 1, while among residents under 35, this figure was 59%.
A dependence was also found based on income level. Among residents with a salary of 150,000 rubles or more, 76% looked forward to September 1 during their school years. Among those earning up to 100,000 rubles, 62% had a positive attitude towards this day.
