A drunk without rights was "chased" through two regions.
The chase began in Yoshkar-Ola, where traffic police attempted to stop a VAZ-2110. However, the driver ignored the request and tried to escape. According to the police, the man was driving at high speed, running red lights at intersections, and driving on the wrong side of the road, posing a threat to other road users. After a warning, police opened fire on the car's tires. The violator drove several hundred meters on the flat tires before stopping. It turned out that the driver was a 21-year-old intoxicated young man who did not have a driver's license. As established by the police, the man had previously been repeatedly held administratively liable, including for drunk driving. This time, 26 administrative materials were drawn up against him for various traffic violations. Furthermore, it was established that the young man had again gotten behind the wheel while intoxicated after being punished for a similar violation. In this case, the investigator of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Yaransk" in the Kirov region initiated a criminal case under Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The violator's car was seized and sent to a specialized parking lot.
