The amounts for subsidized meals for schoolchildren from low-income families are defined separately. For them, the cost of lunch will be 124.30 rubles per day. The same amount is provided for schoolchildren from low-income families who permanently reside in the territories of Ukraine, the DPR, the LPR, the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, who have been forced to leave these territories and arrived in Kirov. For this category, the cost of two hot meals is set at 210 rubles per day, and for hot meals, it is 130.20 rubles. In addition, the resolution defines monetary compensation for meals for schoolchildren who do not attend municipal schools due to restrictive measures. Parents of children with disabilities under adapted programs of primary, basic, and secondary general education will be able to receive 210 rubles per child per day. For students from low-income families under primary general education programs, the compensation will be 113 rubles per day, and for schoolchildren in this category studying under basic and secondary general education programs, it will be 124.30 rubles. A compensation of 210 rubles per day is also provided for children with disabilities who study at home under adapted educational programs. The resolution comes into force upon signing and applies to legal relations that arose from September 1, 2026.
