Signs prohibiting scooters will be placed at the monuments in Kirov.

      The first sign has already appeared at the monument to Alexander Nevsky. By September 20, similar signs will be installed at other monuments and memorials in the city — at the Lenin monument in Theater Square, Kirov on October Avenue, Marshal Konev, at the "Eternal Flame," the stele in Victory Park, as well as at the monuments to soldiers who died in Afghanistan and Chechnya. The ban on the use of personal mobility devices in these places has been in effect for a long time — it was introduced to preserve the well-maintained areas and to uphold the etiquette of behavior at the monuments. The administration reminded that violators face administrative responsibility.
