Version: Is Gukasov facing a "life sentence"?

On August 15, the court extended Gukasov's stay in pre-trial detention, keeping him in the cell until... January 31, 2027. At the same time, no additional charges of "murder," "serious bodily harm," or any other crimes were added to the "hooliganism" charge.

On August 20, the first hearing in the criminal case took place. The defendant was brought from the detention center, where he has been "serving time" for three months. According to the Kirov bar association, Gukasov will "serve his sentence" by the end of January if we consider "the maximum possible sentence for the committed crimes."

The two-day stay in the temporary detention facility (IVS) will also count towards his "time served," where the former vice-speaker, "discovered" by the authorities on June 3 of last year among the pilgrims of the Velikoretsky Cross Procession, was placed due to... unfiled charges. On June 5, 2025, a preventive measure in the form of a "ban on certain actions" was chosen for the detainee and later extended.

      Fantasies about "perversions"?

It should be noted that thanks to the efforts of a local media outlet, which published a corrected video recording from the "crime scene," it became known that on May 30, 2025, Vladislav Gukasov (with a clear emphasis on his vice-speaker status) "brutally beat" 29-year-old Anastasia Neustroyeva, mocking her disabled daughter, according to her version.

Alexander Bastrykin paid attention to the widely circulated message on federal channels, taking the case under personal control.

However, Newsler.ru, noting the edited video recording and the accompanying text: "The yellow Opel, driven by a young woman, while turning right — from Chapayev Street onto Komsomolskaya, 'cut off' the black Mercedes. 'Where are you going? Can't you see?' - shouted Gukasov, jumping out of the car and rushing towards the 'Opel'... As a result, Anastasia sustained a closed head injury and a concussion, due to which she was forced to be under medical supervision," found both obvious inconsistencies and "information gaps."

For example, the report about the girl in the car, as well as her hysteria, appeared several days after the "road conflict."

So the editorial team approached the former deputy, asking him to comment on the events himself. Because "jumping out of the car," if it wasn't a tower crane, usually doesn't threaten either a head injury or a concussion.

The second plot of one event

The version told by Vladislav Nikolaevich, which differs significantly from the supposedly official one, was published in the article "The case of Gukasov's 'hooliganism' is called into serious doubt." The article was accompanied by original slow-motion video footage, much more detailed than the edited video recording for the media from the external surveillance cameras.

As Gukasov recounted, he was driving along Komsomolskaya Street — towards house No. 63, where office repairs were underway. After passing the BUM shopping center (opposite the "Avtoban" store), he slowed down in a small traffic jam, where several cars were letting people cross at the pedestrian crossing. At that moment, a yellow "Opel" nearly crashed into his car, stopping just a couple of millimeters from the right wing of the "Mercedes" and the bumper of the car in front:

"I drove around the 'crazy Opel,' opened the passenger side window, and heard... a three-story curse. Concluding her tirade, the lady heartily sent me to three letters, reinforcing this with the well-known 'finger gesture.' When both cars started moving, I flashed my headlights at her, asking her to stop. And when we slowed down in a new traffic jam, I approached the yellow car and — yes — hit the car with my palm (damage to property). At the same time, I assure you, I did not notice any child in the car. As a father of two children, I would have been instantly sobered by the cry of a girl..."

As the current defendant explained, he heard the screams of a woman filming him on her phone, but he saw neither the child nor a baby seat in the cabin. Only later did he realize that Anastasia's shout: "Polenka, come to mommy," sounded, at the very least, strange. After all, a four-year-old disabled girl would not be able to unbuckle herself from the seat belts to move to the front seat.

      Don't trust your eyes

What happened next, Newsler.ru saw on the slow-motion video recording.

When Gukasov got into his car, Anastasia exited the "Opel," allegedly leaving her daughter, who was supposedly having a hysterical fit (even though the child is not visible in the footage), in her car and rushed towards the "Mercedes." However, when the SUV started moving, she returned a few meters back and picked up two stones from the ground.

A precise throw from a meter away, and the first stone hit the windshield of the SUV, leaving a chip and a small crack that later extended halfway across the windshield. The second stone, when the ex-deputy jumped out of the SUV, flew into his face.

In defense, Vladislav raised his hands, and the blow landed on his right pinky finger. On May 31, when the finger hurt badly and swelled, Gukasov went to the hospital, where they diagnosed a tendon rupture and put on a splint. The traumatologist's conclusion is included in the criminal case materials.

By the way, while conducting its own investigation, Newsler.ru spoke with a witness who "took an honest word" that his name would not appear anywhere: "... the 'Mercedes' was already pulling away, and she threw a stone at the windshield. I thought impolitely at the time: 'Run, fool.' But the lady not only did not hide from the guy whose glass she had just broken, but, waiting for him to come closer, threw a stone at his head. I saw how he covered his face with his hands, and probably when he swatted her away, he hit her in the face with his palm."

However, Neustroyeva also sought medical examination, but only on June 2. At the same time, according to the medical summary, no signs of external injuries were recorded at that time... (Act of forensic medical examination No. 1641 dated 02.06.2025, which states that no harm was done to Neustroyeva's health). Additionally, the conclusion issued by the State Forensic Medical Expert contains no information about the presence of a head injury or concussion in the victim.

Thus, Anastasia's claim of injuries inflicted by Vladislav could significantly resemble a "false report." This is partly understandable given the intention of the "victim," who officially stated to the Investigative Committee her intention to receive two million rubles from the driver of the "Mercedes" as compensation.

By the way, neither the investigation nor social services paid attention to the fact that the woman left her daughter, who was having a hysterical fit, in the car, although most mothers would rush to comfort and save their child. It is also noteworthy that on May 30, Anastasia Neustroyeva did not have a driver's license, which the authorities "did not bat an eye at."

Equally interesting is that, according to the official version, Anastasia was in a hospital ward under the supervision of doctors, although at the same time she was writing a statement at the Investigative Committee, demanding to recover more than two million rubles from the former deputy. Also, likely immersing herself in the role of an endlessly interviewed victim who "now fears getting behind the wheel," she was fined for violating traffic rules on June 5 and 6.

      Real daughters — genuine horror

As Vladislav Gukasov's relative recounted, on May 19, at five in the morning, masked individuals burst into his brother's apartment:

"They say that at first they mistakenly sawed the door of the neighbors, then his. A crowd, shouts of 'face down,' handcuffs... And all this in front of his little daughters. I understood that the investigator didn't like that Vladislav had been on sick leave for a long time — he is a hypertensive. And at that moment, his blood pressure shot up to 220... He was taken to the hospital, and the next day, with a blood pressure of 200 — to court. The judge kept saying: don't get up, don't walk — you feel bad... And then she came out with a 'stone face' and sent him to pre-trial detention. They say he was allegedly putting pressure on Anastasia, but as far as I know, he never saw her."

Today, as Vadim reported, his brother is in SIZO-2, located on Nagornaya Street:

"In my opinion, he has some separate 'regime' — particularly strict. He asked the administration for permission to transfer — without return — a TV and a refrigerator to the cell — it's hot in summer, and food spoils. They didn't allow it. But in other cells, there are, and he can't have them. I really don't know who he crossed paths with..."

By the way, according to Kirov lawyers, they have not heard of anyone being
