In the Verkhnekamsky District, a 33-year-old man fully paid off a debt of over 670,000 rubles after the bailiff warned him about administrative responsibility for failing to pay alimony.
The bailiffs were handling a consolidated case that included debts for alimony, loans, and state fees.
The man had long failed to fulfill his financial obligations. The bailiff prohibited any registration actions with his real estate and vehicles, but even this did not compel the debtor to settle his debts.
The turning point was his appearance at the bailiff's office. The man was warned about the possible administrative responsibility under Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for failing to pay alimony.
After that, the debtor promptly paid the entire amount of the debt, as well as the enforcement fee.
