A resident of Karintorf dumped garbage on the recently cleaned dump.

      The contractor has eliminated four dumps on Uchastkovaya Street, and plans to remove a fifth one in the coming days. However, the administration acknowledges that this does not guarantee they won't reappear — dumps were cleared from here as early as June, and new ones have accumulated over the summer.

      Local residents prefer to leave trash where it is convenient rather than in containers, even if they are just a few meters away — including for bulky waste. And plant waste can be burned on their own property.

      An employee of the contracting organization reported that immediately after the cleanup, a local resident brought trash in a wheelbarrow and dumped it on the cleared area. When asked why she couldn't take it to the container, she replied, "We always do it this way, it's convenient for us!"

      Authorities have urged residents to follow landscaping rules and not clutter the neighborhood. If additional containers are needed, the administration promises to consider such requests.
