As of 11:46, the service recorded 7 new complaints in the last 15 minutes. A total of 54 complaints were accumulated over the past hour, and the total number for the day reached 295. Meanwhile, the overall status of the service is currently assessed as "moderate" based on the level of incoming signals about malfunctions.
According to incoming reports, the disruption is not total but selective. Users note that many websites are not opening, banking applications are unavailable, and game servers are down. However, some resources ("whitelisted") continue to operate normally.
The complaint graph shows a sharp spike in complaints around 10:00, after which the number began to decline, but it still remains above the usual background level. Residents of the region are advised to use alternative communication channels if necessary. There is currently no information on the timeline for restoring normal internet service.
