       На первом этаже дома по адресу улица Спасская, 10а продается нежилое помещение, находящееся в муниципальной собственности. Информация об аукционе размещена на сайте администрации города Кирова.

      

       Здание было построено в середине XVIII века и имеет статус объекта культурного наследия регионального значения. Начальная цена помещения составляет почти 1,5 млн рублей без учета НДС. Площадь объекта составляет 359,4 кв. метра.

       Здание признано аварийным и подлежит реконструкции.

       «В соответствии с постановлением администрации города Кирова от 6 августа 2025 года собственникам помещений было предъявлено требование о реконструкции многоквартирного жилого дома, расположенного в Первомайском районе города Кирова по адресу: город Киров, улица Спасская, д. 10а. Собственникам необходимо провести реконструкцию многоквартирного дома в течение шести месяцев с момента издания постановления», – указано в документе.

       Предыдущий аукцион по этому объекту (19 мая 2026 года) не состоялся.

       Прием заявок открыт с 1 августа по 3 сентября, а сам аукцион запланирован на 10 сентября.
