The authorities of Slobodskoy are once again trying to sell the property complex located at 104 Sovetskaya Street. Previously, there was a brewery there.
The complex includes an administrative-production building, a boiler house, a packaging workshop, a truck scale and transport offices, a checkpoint, a fuel oil storage, a workshop, a warehouse, two water intake wells, and a land plot of 22.1 thousand square meters.
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until August 24, and the results of the competition will be announced on August 28, 2026. The starting price is 10.45 million rubles. The auction step is 0.52 million rubles.
