More than half a kilometer of heating networks will be replaced on Builders Avenue.
The section from the central heating point No. 68 near house No. 54 on Builders Avenue was built in 1988 and has not been significantly updated since then. Over the past five years, 40 defects have been eliminated here.
Currently, the old pipes have already been dismantled, channels for the heating networks have been prepared, and a monolithic reinforced concrete trough has been poured to the kindergarten. It is intended to further protect the heating network from leaks and enhance the safety of the area. Next, specialists are installing new pipes in polyurethane insulation and polyethylene sheathing.
During the work, hot water supply to nearby houses is maintained through temporary heating medium supply schemes.
In "T Plus," it was noted that part of the heating networks in the southwestern area has already been updated as part of a concession agreement. In particular, new pipes have been laid to houses on Volkov, Solnechnaya, Koneva streets, and Builders Avenue.
In total, in 2026, the company plans to replace more than 9 km of pipelines in Kirov across 14 sections.
