By 09:50, the number of complaints had sharply increased — 53 user reports were recorded. Residents of Kirov report that when connecting to the mobile network, websites and applications do not open, some game servers and messengers are not working. Among the complaints, there are also reports of a complete lack of mobile internet. "Mobile internet outage," "websites do not open," "applications do not work," "when will the internet be restored?" — users of the monitoring service write. Some residents note that the problems have affected VPN services and foreign websites. There are also complaints about the operation of certain messengers. Meanwhile, "whitelists" continue to function.
