In Kirov, a 38-year-old local resident was sentenced for organizing an illegal gambling club on Moskovskaya Street. The man was found guilty of illegally organizing and conducting gambling outside of a gaming zone. According to the prosecutor's office of the Pervomaisky district, from December 2025 to February 2026, the man used five personal computers to conduct gambling and generate income. He was aware that such activities are prohibited in the Kirov region. The operation of the establishment was halted by law enforcement officers. The court imposed a fine of 150,000 rubles on the Kirov resident. In addition, the gaming equipment was confiscated for the benefit of the state.
