In Kirov, a man without a license and documents drove onto a guarded territory.
The "Alarm" signal from the security post of one of the enterprises in the Novovyatsky district was received at the control panel of the private security service around seven in the morning. A Rosgvardiya crew arrived at the scene immediately.
The guard reported that a foreign car had entered the territory of the enterprise, despite the established regime. The driver, according to preliminary data, was drunk and damaged the car against the curb.
The Rosgvardiya officers found the car with a damaged wheel. Nearby was a man who did not work at the enterprise. He had no documents for the car or a driver's license. In addition, a strong smell of alcohol emanated from the man.
The Rosgvardiya employees identified the owner of the foreign car. The woman reported by phone that she was currently in another city and did not know the detained man. She stated that upon her return, she would contact the police to file a report of theft.
The man born in 1986 was handed over to the police. Law enforcement officials will need to establish all the circumstances of the incident and provide a legal assessment of the actions of the Kirov resident.
