The index of physical volume of construction work during this period is 79.6% compared to January to June 2025. In six months, 191.9 thousand square meters of total residential space were commissioned in the region — this is 2,156 apartments. The main volume of housing (147.7 thousand square meters) is accounted for by individual construction carried out by the population (865 apartments). Developer organizations commissioned 44.2 thousand square meters of housing and 1,291 apartments.
Thus, in terms of area, the private sector leads, while in terms of the number of apartments, multi-apartment buildings constructed by developers are in the lead. This is due to the fact that one high-rise building includes significantly more apartments with a smaller average area for each of them.
