According to the investigation, a resident of Kirov blocked the path of a bus with a passenger car, which was being driven by a woman, and then attacked her. As a result of the incident, the driver sustained injuries and required medical assistance.
By order of Alexander Bastrykin, the regional investigative department initiated a criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). Currently, investigators are conducting the necessary investigative and procedural actions to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
