If the child is not listed in the passport, a birth certificate will be required. When applying for a transportation card for the first time, a certificate from the school must also be provided.
The claims center operates from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00, on Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Saturday and Sunday are days off. Additionally, on September 5, the center will be open to visitors on a reduced schedule — from 09:00 to 13:00.
