Let us remind you that today, August 3, the government of the Kirov region announced that in 2026, it is planned to eliminate four old settlement landfills. They are located in the Kirovo-Chepetsky, Orlovsky, Falenky, and Kilmizsky districts. The total amount is 16.7 million rubles.
Meanwhile, the state procurement website reports that in the Kirovo-Chepetsky district, the landfill in the village of Begichi is being addressed. The initial contract price was 5.1 million rubles. The company "ComfortPlus" won, offering to eliminate the landfill for 3.7 million rubles. The deadline is until July 20, 2026, so the work should be completed by today.
In the Orlovsky district, the landfill will be removed in the village of Vereteya. The initial price was 4.3 million rubles, and a certain Alexander Ryabov won, proposing to complete the work for 3.6 million rubles. The deadline is until August 31, 2026.
In the Falenky district, the elimination of the landfill in the village of Verkhosunye was supposed to be completed (the contract deadline is until August 1, 2026). The initial price was 17.8 million rubles, and Pavel Lekomtsev won, with whom a contract was signed for 8.7 million rubles.
In the Kilmizsky district, the work will take place in the village of Bolshoy Porek. The initial amount is 0.7 million rubles, and the company "ComfortPlus" won, offering to carry out the landfill elimination for the same amount. The deadline is until September 1, 2026.
As for the reclamation of the landfill in Lebyazhye, which officials also reported today, it will take place until September 25, 2026. The government reported that 9.1 million rubles were spent on reclamation; however, we found out that the work itself cost the authorities 8.8 million rubles (with an initial contract price of 13.2 million rubles), and another 0.24 million rubles went to construction control. The reclamation is being carried out by LLC "Dest Engineering," and the control is by a certain Roman Volodin.
