A resident of Kirov complained to Bastrykin about the emergency house.

According to the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia, a pensioner from Kirov addressed the chairman of the Investigative Committee in the comments of the official account of the agency on "VKontakte." The woman reported that the residents of a four-apartment dormitory on Krasnaya Zvezda Street have still not received new housing or monetary compensation, despite the fact that the house was recognized as emergency back in 2017.

According to the Investigative Committee, the two-story wooden building, constructed in 1920, was deemed unfit for habitation due to deteriorating structures and a leaking roof. However, the issue of resettling the residents has still not been resolved.

A criminal case is being investigated by the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kirov region regarding this matter.

The chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the acting head of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Kirov region, Sultan Orazayev, to report on the progress and results of the investigation of the new criminal case, on the decision made regarding the previously initiated case, as well as on the measures being taken to protect the rights of the residents of the emergency house.
