A Kirov resident took out loans in the name of a sleeping acquaintance through State Services.
According to the Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov Region, the crime occurred on the evening of November 16, 2025, in the village of Murygino. After drinking alcohol together, the woman waited for the apartment owner to fall asleep, stole his mobile phone worth nearly 15,000 rubles, and later pawned it.
On the way to the taxi, the Kirov resident extracted the victim's SIM card from the phone and used it to gain unauthorized access to his personal account on the "Gosuslugi" portal.
Using the man's personal data, she took out microloans in his name totaling 23,000 rubles, as well as a consumer loan for 60,000 rubles. In addition, the perpetrator ordered groceries through an online store for more than 15,000 rubles, using the victim's information.
The total damage exceeded 113,000 rubles.
The court found the woman guilty of theft, theft from a bank account, and unauthorized access to computer information. She was sentenced to two years of conditional imprisonment.
In passing the sentence, the court took into account that the crimes were committed for the first time, as well as the presence of two minor children of the defendant and other mitigating circumstances.
In addition, the court ordered the woman to compensate the victim for the damage caused. To ensure the enforcement of the decision, the arrest on two mobile phones and the refrigerator of the defendant was maintained. Also, since the woman suffers from a drug addiction to stimulants, the court ordered her to undergo treatment and medical rehabilitation with a narcologist.
