In the Nemskiy district, the court ordered the dog's owner to pay compensation to a 12-year-old boy who was injured after an animal attack. The district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the child's interest.
The incident occurred on May 30, 2025, in the village of Nema. According to the supervisory authority, the dog attacked the teenager and bit him on the arm. As a result, the boy sustained an injury, experienced physical pain, and was forced to undergo a vaccination course.
The prosecutor's office noted that the minor, due to his age, cannot fully defend his rights in court, so the agency filed a lawsuit for compensation for moral damage.
The court granted the claims made. A total of 20,000 rubles was awarded in favor of the injured child. The prosecutor's office reported that the enforcement of the court decision is under control.
