Blinovskaya was found guilty of tax evasion through the use of a business fragmentation scheme for the subsequent laundering of funds. Initially, the court sentenced her to five years in a penal colony, but later the Moscow City Court reduced the term to 4.5 years. The defense of the convicted has already announced its intention to file a complaint with the Supreme Court of Russia, said lawyer Natalia Salnikova.
