In addition to Kislytsina, the group includes the heads of the regional branches of the party: the secretary of the Nizhny Novgorod branch Pavel Solodky, the secretary of the Kirov branch Andrey Iglin, the secretary of the Mordovia branch Vladislav Tulaev, and the secretary of the Ryazan branch Arthur Zavyalov.
Kislytsina lives and works in Moscow, originally from Kirov: she was born in the regional center, graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Moscow State University, defended her PhD dissertation, and today holds the position of director of the Department of Regional Programs at the Expert Institute of Social Research (EISI), teaches at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, and is a member of the Public Chamber of Russia. In the spring of this year, she visited her hometown, where she gave a lecture to students at Vyatka State University.
According to the information from the Central Election Commission, in 2025, Darya Kislytsina's income amounted to 14,922,913 rubles. The main sources were her salary at the Expert Institute of Social Research (EISI), LLC "IMA-consulting", the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA), and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). In addition, the declaration includes income from the Russian Society "Knowledge", dividends from securities, interest on bank deposits, and other payments.
Among her assets, the candidate declared an apartment in Moscow with an area of 14 square meters, two non-residential premises, a 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, as well as seven bank accounts with over 6.4 million rubles. Additionally, Kislytsina owns investment shares worth over 21 million rubles, the largest of which is valued at nearly 19.7 million rubles.
