Stage costume and motorcycle helmet: unusual finds in trains reported on the Gorky Highway

      According to the GZhD, travelers most often left documents, electronic devices, clothing, and various accessories in the train cars. Among the unusual finds were a stage costume, a motorcycle helmet, and a cutting board.

      To return a forgotten item, a passenger must submit an electronic request on the RZD website in the "Services and Services" section. The request should include the passenger's details, ticket number, contact information, as well as a detailed description of the item and the place where it might have been left in the car.

      The service posts photographs of found items linked to the train cars. If the system detects a match, the passenger will be able to identify their item and receive information about its storage location.

      It should be noted that a request for the search of forgotten items can be submitted within 30 days from the start of the journey on long-distance trains.
