      The results of the XXIII season of the All-Russian competition "My Country - My Russia" of the Presidential platform "Russia - a Country of Opportunities" have been summarized. This year, 80,257 participants from all over the country registered for the competition. One of the key themes of the season, held as part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, was the preservation of cultural heritage and the strengthening of interethnic unity.

      In the special children's nomination "Fairy Tales of the Peoples of My Country," 1,272 people aged 3 to 13 participated. Young authors presented works in two categories - textual and graphic. Based on expert evaluation, 100 winners from 43 regions of Russia were identified. Their works will be included in the annual collection, which this year will be dedicated to the fairy tales of the peoples of Russia.

      From the Kirov region, second-grader Polina from Kirov was among the winners. She won in the "Textual Works" category with her fairy tale "Three Cats." In her work, the heroes of Russian, Tatar, and Mari fairy tales unite to overcome challenges and save a kitten kidnapped by the evil Toska. Through adventure, folk images, and magical objects, the author shows that friendship, mutual assistance, and respect for the cultures of different peoples help overcome any difficulties.

      Each competition entry was evaluated by at least three experts who underwent special selection and training. In case of significant discrepancies in evaluations, an additional expert review was appointed.

      The special children's nomination is held as part of the competition and aims to preserve the cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia, develop the creative potential of children, and promote traditional values through literary and artistic creativity.
