A Kirov resident has been sentenced for not raping his wife?
The accusation of rape is based not on the conclusions of experts, who after several months since the alleged marital defilement had nothing to conclude, nor on real, albeit confirmed by someone, facts, but exclusively on the testimony of the "victim." And also from her mother, "whom the daughter told."
However, Ruslan himself did not deny the "sexual actions," as he indeed "caressed and kissed his wife's body in the marital bedroom." And not with the intention to violate.
After the verdict was announced, the 40-year-old man sentenced to four and a half years was sent to pre-trial detention center No. 1. And despite the fact that a complaint was sent to the appellate court on July 21, Ruslan declared his firm intention to "go to the SVO."
As the second wife of the convicted man told, she and the lawyers visit Ruslan every other day: "However, all our attempts to convince him that there is no need to go to the SVO with a 'shameful article' are in vain. What is the point of ending up in an assault squad, without waiting for the verdict of the appellate and, something tells me, cassational instance? And if God gives him the strength to return home a hero, washing away the shame and disgrace with blood, and whoever for bravery cancels his sentence, the 'stigma of a rapist' will burn his soul and heart. But when you insist: Ruslan, you need to fight, disregarding all the efforts of the enemies, he only responds angrily that he has 'made a final decision.'
37 months remain.
By the way, in the court process, where not a single, even indirect confirmation of Ruslan's 'sexual aggression' was heard, the prosecution insisted on six years of 'strict regime,' but the court reduced the sentence by a year and a half. So, taking into account the time the current convict has spent in pre-trial detention, his 'serving' time has been reduced to 37 months.
Interestingly, a week before the verdict was delivered, the defendant accidentally met a journalist in the courtyard of the May Day Themis. And he was cheerful because, in his opinion, all the 'false accusations are obviously crumbling to dust.' The court also recognized the fact that 'there were extortions of large sums of money from well-known Kirov 'human rights defenders,' who called themselves representatives of his wife. At the same time, the 'lawyers' threatened Ruslan not only with 'eternal imprisonment' but also with 'taking away his business.' And audio and video recordings of the 'extortion negotiations' were provided to the court (the edited versions are available), so the court protocol lists the surnames of the 'extortionists.'
Being greedy to lose everything.
By the way, it is worth reminding that after living with Alina for 13 years, Ruslan 'got tired of her jealousy' — although not hiding that sometimes it was quite justified. So when the family started talking about divorce, the husband agreed to all his wife's conditions — she received a 4-room apartment (20 million rubles) in an elite building in the city center, a parking space, a decent 'Japanese car,' and monthly child support of 100,000 rubles. The total value of the transferred property exceeded 25 million rubles at that time.
The spouses, in order not to have any property and financial claims against each other after the separation, agreed to sign a marriage contract. But when the draft document was ready and it only remained to notarize it, Alina did not come for the signing four times — from August to October 2024. And only in the fall did she inform that she wanted to receive another ten million rubles in cash — supposedly on the advice of her lawyer. And it was then, as Ruslan claims, that the first threat was made: 'if you don’t give the money — it will be bad for you.'
However, in the civil court, where the former family was dividing the property, Alina received only the apartment, part of the value of which — 3.6 million — must be transferred to the 'ex-husband.' The question of 'good alimony' also vanished, as a third of the convict's earnings will hardly exceed a couple of thousand, which is far from the 'hundred' Alina receives. And even if the entire contingent of the colony decides to give their salary to the woman, to satisfy the financial appetite of one who did not dirty her hands with work during the marriage, she will surely not have enough means for a comfortably carefree living.
'Having sent a kind and generous husband to prison, Alina received an apartment and... debts: she owes her ex-husband almost four million and, probably, her lawyers at least that much. She will not be able to sell the property: knowing better than anyone else the intellectual potential of his ex-wife, Ruslan secured shares in the apartment for his children. Her lawyers, who hoped to get tens of millions of rubles from the businessman, who was scared of prison threats, will now 'not help' her — they would now like to grab their crumbs,' shares an opinion of one of the convicted man's friends.
He emphasized that he would gladly and without any compassion watch how the woman, who rolled in butter for 13 years, will live on the pennies earned by her, probably, hands in 'one miserable office.'
'Did she decide to take revenge on her ex-husband? It happens... But all male understanding of female foolishness evaporated forever when Alina brought her eldest daughter (11 years old) to the court session. Daddy's girl, who had not seen her father for a year, was in such bitter sobs, repeating one thing: I don’t want to speak badly about daddy (probably, she was taught that), that even the court tried to calm the little one. And the mother was smirking at that moment,' recalls the interlocutor the details of the court process.
A verdict that is not believed.
Let us remind you that at the end of this April, Ruslan, on the advice of friends, turned to Newsler.ru, as 'only this publication can truthfully tell his story.'
By that time, the well-known Kirov businessman, who had already been a suspect in the accusation of raping his wife for a year, having spent two months in pre-trial detention, either due to his easy-going nature or unconditionally believing in the law and that the investigation understands that his wife is lying, and will definitely sort everything out, decided to publish so that the city knows — he is 'not like that.'
Ruslan, by that time already — since February — appearing before the court, even offered to publish a video recording of his intimate meeting with his wife, which became evidence for the 'authorities' of his 'excessively-offensive sexual activity': 'No, I am not at all ashamed that the whole city will see my male inadequacy... Let it be so, than to be known as a rapist.'
As Ruslan explained, after watching the video, every adult will understand that not only for 'wear and tear,' but also for ordinary sexual contact, he categorically lacked one 'main component' — his physiological 'readiness': 'I admit, for the first time in my life I am glad that — in which any guy finds it hard to admit, that... I could not. Although it is hard to be passionate when the wife talks only about dividing the property. But despite the obvious impotence, in early April last year, I was taken off the train and sent to pre-trial detention for two months.'
As Ruslan told six months earlier, in December 2024, when the spouses were no longer living together — he was renting an apartment, Alina began to show extraordinary activity: 'I wanted to reconcile with my wife and asked for three months for reconciliation during the divorce. I came to see the children two or three times a week, and the reason, among other things, was the affectionate, rather intimate invitations from my wife. On that day, December 13, she herself led me to the bedroom, where I kissed and hugged my beloved wife'...
However, at that time Ruslan did not know that the intimate meeting of the spouses was being recorded by a hidden camera: 'I did not believe until the end that my wife would leave... After all, I easily fulfilled all her wishes — especially never to work anywhere. And our 'marital relations' not only did not cease, but, I would say, quite the opposite. Even after the divorce — in February last year, I brought gifts to my ex-wife: flowers every other day — in bunches, precious jewelry with stones — please, a pearl necklace and earrings — accept, dear... Want to go to the Maldives — let’s fly'...
The first statement 'about the alleged rape' that supposedly happened on December 13 was submitted by Alina to the Investigative Committee of the May Day District on April 8, 2025. And there were no facts reported in it that would not only confirm but even hint — even for people with a very rich imagination. And on the same day, Ruslan was arrested and sent to pre-trial detention.
In May, a well-known Kirov lawyer, who initially represented Ruslan's interests, directly in the Isolation offered him a deal: let his father transfer 20 million rubles, as the demands of his ex-wife and her lawyers had significantly increased.
