At the meeting of the Duma commission, Acting Head of the Education Department Andrey Sukhodoev reported on education expenditures in Kirov for the first half of 2026. According to him, the total funding this year amounts to 15.7 billion rubles. As of today, July 21, cash execution has reached 51%.
The money is allocated to several areas. This includes the direct educational process (12.1 billion rubles, execution - 53.5%), provision of social support measures (284.1 million rubles, 45.7%), equipping the school in Dolgushino (currently no expenses, they will occur in 2027), meals for students and those resting in camps (1.3 billion rubles, 54.3%), ensuring safety (301.4 million rubles, 35.3%), partial capital repairs and equipping schools (652 million rubles, 34.4%), equipping the kindergarten on Torfyana (15.2 million rubles, currently 0%, as expenses are planned for October), equipping schools in Zubarevsky Forest and on Torfyana (for the first, everything is contracted, for the second, funds have been moved to 2027).
The department is also spending money on replacing old windows (93 million rubles, 41%), employing teenagers (7 million rubles, 54.6%), supporting orphans (1.8 million rubles, 40.6%), and much more.
