      On September 21, three fires occurred in the Kirov region. This was reported by the regional emergency management agency. One of the fires happened in Kirov, in the village of Chernyadyovy — a private bathhouse caught fire there. The area of the fire was one square meter. Eleven emergency service employees worked at the scene. In addition to extinguishing the fire, rescuers dealt with the aftermath of five traffic accidents. There were no incidents on the water.
