According to monitoring data, 54% of users experienced complete unavailability of the messenger. They are unable to load photos and videos, and messages are not being sent. Another 24% of users reported issues with notifications. Messages may arrive with delays or may not appear at all. And 18% of users encountered incorrect functioning of the official mobile application or its crashes.
