Almost half of Kirov residents are looking for a job without outside help.

      47% of respondents said they rely only on themselves. 22% are willing to trust friends and acquaintances, 14% - colleagues, 12% - parents. 8% rely on their significant other and other relatives. Classmates (7%), former management (5%), and schoolmates (3%) are mentioned less frequently.

      Men are more likely to rely on colleagues, parents, relatives, classmates, and schoolmates. Women, on the other hand, trust former management more and are more likely to rely solely on their own abilities.

      Helpers also depend on age. Among participants under 35, 33% are willing to rely on friends, 17% on colleagues, 15% on parents, and 11% on a significant other. 62% of respondents over 45 are confident that they can handle employment better on their own. Among young people under 35, only 40% hold this opinion.

      Those with higher education more often turn to friends (32%), colleagues (17%), and schoolmates (5%) than college graduates (20%, 11%, and 2% respectively). Respondents with secondary vocational education are more likely to rely on parents and classmates and often depend solely on themselves.

      The issue of employment also depends on income. Citizens with a salary of up to 100,000 rubles are more likely to rely on parents, other relatives, and spouses than those who earn more. Respondents with an income of 100,000–150,000 are more likely to rely on classmates. Respondents with a salary of over 150,000 are more likely to rely on friends, colleagues, and former management.
