The prosecutor's office achieved the cancellation of the illegal dismissal of the system administrator.

      In the Shabalinsky District of the Kirov Region, an inspection initiated by the local prosecutor's office has been completed following a citizen's complaint regarding violations of labor rights. During the supervisory activities, it was established that the system administrator of one of the institutions was dismissed on the grounds stated as "the employee's own desire." However, as the inspectors found out, the young man did not initiate the dismissal — he did not submit the corresponding application. Furthermore, the employer did not ensure that the employee was familiarized with the order for the termination of the employment contract, which is a mandatory procedural norm. The district prosecutor filed a lawsuit demanding that the actions of the administration and the issued order be declared illegal. The judge agreed with the position of the supervisory authority. As a result of the case review, the dismissal was found to be unlawful, and the citizen was reinstated in his previous job. Additionally, funds were awarded in his favor for the time of forced absenteeism and compensation for moral damages. The total amount of payments exceeded 60,000 rubles. The court decision has now been executed.
