      In Kirov, during an operational meeting with contracting and utility supply organizations, the issue of overdue excavations that remain unfilled for a long time after the repair of utility networks was discussed. According to territorial administrations, there are 19 such sites in the Pervomaisky district, and another nine are located in the Oktyabrsky district. In the Novovyatsky district, the contractor has delayed the restoration of landscaping on Parkovaya Street after emergency repairs to the networks. Work is also progressing slowly at the intersection of Sormovskaya and Roman Erdyakov Streets. The administration reminded that there is administrative responsibility for violating the deadlines for conducting earthworks. Contractors and utility supply organizations are intended to be held more accountable to ensure they restore landscaping in a timely manner. Special attention is planned to be given to areas where the repair of heating networks restricts traffic movement. As long as weather conditions permit, all old excavations must be put in order, and control over ongoing projects will be strengthened. The administration emphasized that timely restoration of territories is necessary for the safety and comfortable movement of the city's residents.
