"Stupid chicken, take the trolleybus": taxi drivers have started being rude to Kirov residents.

      A resident of Kirov contacted the editorial office of Newsler.ru, complaining about the behavior of a driver in one of the popular taxi ordering apps. According to the woman, today, June 14, she ordered a car using the "Comfort" tariff (a screenshot of the order from the app with a photo and name is available to the editorial office). When the car arrived, it took her some time to find the driver. While waiting, the cost of the trip gradually increased, and she tried to call him, but he decided not to answer the phone. The Kirov resident claims that after she messaged him in the chat, the driver spoke rudely to her. According to her, the man called her a "stupid chicken," used profanity, and stated that gasoline supposedly costs 130 rubles per liter, so he was not going to wait for passengers. Furthermore, the driver suggested that the woman "take the trolleybus" if she was not satisfied with anything. The Kirov resident admitted that she was shocked by such treatment, especially considering that she ordered a trip under the "Comfort" tariff, which implies a higher level of service. The woman reported that she has already contacted the service's support team to complain about the driver's actions.
