A resident of the Kirov region paid off a debt of half a million to return to India.
In the Oryol district of the Kirov region, bailiffs managed to recover a large debt from a local resident who had lived in India for a long time. His debt exceeded 545,000 rubles.
As reported by the regional office of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP), within the framework of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiffs checked the man's property status. Requests were sent to banks to search for accounts and funds, as well as to registering authorities to establish the presence of real estate and vehicles. In addition, the service staff found out the debtor's place of work and his sources of income.
It turned out that the 36-year-old man had lived in India for an extended period, but had temporarily come to Russia due to personal circumstances. He planned to return soon, but his foreign passport had expired. When applying for a new document, it became clear that he would not be able to do so.
The bailiff issued a ruling on the temporary restriction of the right to leave Russia. Due to the existing debt, the man was denied the issuance of a new foreign passport.
Realizing that his trip abroad was at risk of being canceled, the debtor contacted the bailiff and decided to fully fulfill his obligations. As a result, he paid off all his debts and also paid the enforcement fee.
