After the rain, Militsiya Street in Kirov turned into a waterfall.

      Residents of Kirov complained about the consequences of heavy rain on Militsiya Street. After the downpour, powerful streams of water form here, cascading down the stairs, flooding the sidewalk, and entering the yard, as well as reaching the entrance of one of the stores. Photos and videos of the unusual "waterfall" were published by the authors of the community "Fish Protection." According to them, the situation repeats itself after every heavy rain. Water flows freely down the street as the drainage system cannot cope. In the publication, the problem was described with irony, calling the cascades a "new attraction" of the city. The authors note that the "waterfall" appears only during precipitation, and its scale directly depends on the intensity of the rain. Meanwhile, residents believe that the cause of what is happening lies in the functioning of the storm sewer system. In their opinion, instead of a temporary "attraction," the city needs a functioning drainage system that will prevent regular flooding.
