The construction of the school on Torfyanaya Street, 6a stopped after the contract with the unscrupulous contractor was unilaterally terminated on March 27. The authorities found additional funds from the regional and local budgets and held a competition to select a new contractor. The winner was the company "ARSO." This is already their third school in recent years. The contract value is over 1.08 billion rubles. The work is expected to be completed by July 2027. Currently, more than 50 workers are employed at the site. They have started installing the heating system, begun roofing and facade work, and landscaping. The immediate tasks are to close the building's envelope and install heating in the main educational block so that finishing work can begin in the fall. The school on Torfyanaya will be an important facility for the rapidly developing microdistrict. The building will feature modern educational spaces, recreation areas, a swimming pool, gyms, a cafeteria, and a library. The territory will also be landscaped. The construction is being carried out under the national project "Youth and Children." According to the contract, the contractor is required to involve subcontractors from among small business entities for 30% of the contract price. The warranty period for the building elements, engineering systems, and finishing will be five years, for plumbing — two years, and for installed equipment — at least one year. The customer has also stipulated the obligation to provide remote monitoring of the construction progress online.
