The Kirov region will receive another 700 tons of gasoline.
The Kirov region will receive an additional 700 tons of gasoline. This became known at a meeting of the operational headquarters for ensuring the region's fuel supply.
Additional supplies became possible after a phone call between the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, and the president of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached for the supply of gasoline produced by the company "Tatneft" for the gas station network "Dvizhenie."
Rustem Sadykov, the general director of LLC "Chepetsknefteproduct" ("Dvizhenie"), noted that the additional volume of fuel will allow for an increase in gasoline reserves for at least several days.
It should be noted that in recent days, the fuel situation in the Kirov region has remained tense. Long queues have formed at many gas stations, and a number of restrictions on gasoline sales have already been introduced in the region, including the sale of fuel based on even and odd vehicle numbers. Additional supplies are expected to help stabilize the market situation.
