Among those who participated in the procession with boxes and party symbols was Daria Kislicyna, the curator of the party project "Urban Solutions." She heads territorial group No. 25, which includes Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan regions, and the Republic of Mordovia. Her party colleagues position the native of Kirov as an expert in the field of regional development and a federal political scientist. "I have been working on the regions of Russia, urban development, and public participation for many years," she said.
