The incident occurred in the private sector of the village of Kobeli in the Kirovo-Chepetsk district. According to emergency services, the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms of a wooden house were burned. The area of damage, as clarified by the agency, amounted to 2 m². The preliminary cause identified by specialists is a malfunction of the electrical equipment. Final conclusions will be made after the investigation. Six employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and two units of special equipment were working at the scene. The report from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Kirov region for the operational day (from six in the morning on July 3 to six in the morning on July 4) also includes: a second man-made fire (without details on the location and circumstances); eight road traffic accidents; several other emergency situations that required the dispatch of fire and rescue units.
