In Kirov, Rosgvardiya officers detained a man on suspicion of theft from a store. The alarm signal was received around 11 PM from a shopping center on Popova Street. An interdepartmental security group promptly arrived at the scene. In the sales area, officers identified a 38-year-old visitor who had previously been convicted. According to the seller, the man had hidden several items under his clothing — chocolate, women's socks, and a frying pan — and attempted to take them out through the checkout area without paying. The total amount of damage was over two thousand rubles. After the store representatives contacted the authorities, the man was handed over to the police for further investigation.
