According to the city administration, road works have been completed on the section. A full roadway for vehicles and a sidewalk for pedestrians have been arranged here. In accordance with the project approved by the State Traffic Inspectorate, pedestrian crossings have been equipped and road markings have been applied at the site. The landscaping department clarified that the section is already open for vehicle traffic. Additionally, signs prohibiting parking have been installed along the road. Special parking pockets have been provided for vehicle parking. The administration noted that together with the staff of the State Traffic Inspectorate, they will inform residents of Kirov that this section is no longer a dead end. Drivers are asked to take into account the changes in the traffic scheme and not to leave vehicles on the roadway to avoid obstructing other road users.
